~~ITCH~~

Early of August, I had a new experience about “itch”..Huh, it makes me not sleep whole night and felt headache in the next morning…CHAM!!So, I have a visit to our campus clinic..However, unfortunately, the main panel doctor was not around that day; but I have no choice. Dr. Kabas was the other panel doctor there and said I was sick due to infection of insect or fungi…Having the medicine for 1 weeks, I felt better and better for the following 2 weeks……

Bad things happen again…

The third weeks after 1st visiting the panel clinic, I was again in same condition - - painful and itch till cant sleep in the nite!!!!!Huh~~Again, I visiting the panel clinic the next day and this time Dr. Menal (main ppl) was there. The following was our conservation:

Dr. M: What happen to you?
Me: I felt itch and pain, especially hand and neck.
Dr. M: Do you taking any alcohol?
Me: No.
Dr. M: Oh, let’s me see..(After a while) I need to give you injection now…
Me: Errr (I was shock and cant speak a word)
Dr. M: Your problem is because infection of sunlight….You cant exposure under sunlight too much….
Me: Ar? Sunlight? (Mind was full of question but no way to ask)
Dr. M: Ok. Nw, I will give you cream and lotion to apply, and also medicine to take before sleep. (Maybe seeing was scared, and din said about injection again. However, after 5 seconds…) Remember come and see next week!!
Me: Oooo….Thanks Dr. Bye!

While walking out her room, i was thinking about sunlight infection…Is it really happen? Hope I can recover soon and now must have a good caring for myself….Between, hope all readers also aware of such problem and take care!!!

<洗脸 part 1>

我们每天都在洗脸,可是我们洗脸的方式是否正确呢?别做“无效劳动”,下面医生在线专家就告诉你那些的错误洗脸方法:

1、不应该用湿毛巾
  久湿不干的毛巾有益于各种微生物滋生,用湿毛巾洗脸擦脸无异于向脸上涂抹各种细菌。毛巾应该常常保持清洁干燥,用手洗脸之后用干毛巾擦干,又快又卫生。

2、不应该用脸盆
  且不说脸盆是否清洁,单说其中的洗脸水,在手脸互动之后,越来越浑,最后以不洁告终。远不如用手捧流水洗脸:先把手搓洗干净,再用手洗脸,一把比一把干净,用不了几把,就全干净了。

3、不应该用肥皂
  面部皮肤有大量的皮脂腺和汗腺,每时每刻都在合成一种天然的“高级美容霜”,在皮肤上形成一层看不见的防护膜。它略呈酸性,有强大的杀菌护肤作用。偏碱性的肥皂不但破坏了它的保护作用,而且会刺激皮脂腺多多“产油”。你越是用肥皂“除油”,皮脂腺产油就越多,最后难以收拾。可见,假如皮肤不是太脏,就不应该用肥皂清洗。

4、不应该用热水
  热水能彻底清除面部的防护膜,所以用热水加肥皂洗脸之后,人的皮肤会感到很紧绷难受。其实,即使是在寒冬也用不着热水洗脸,只用冷水就能把脸上的浮尘洗去,同时还锻炼了面部血管和神经,清醒了大脑。

Blacky......I miss u so much!!!

Blacky was my house dog with black black fur...He came to our house since i was F3, til yesterday (03082010), he left from our life!! Oops...nw i was moody and cant say more words on this, tears automatically flow out when look at his picture....Here, sharing 1 short video clip about Blacky which taken during food feeding at 25012009, that time he was still active and energy to fight for food....Last word, Blacky, i will miss u forever!!!!
